All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

The fee structure for each activity (such as meetups, content production applications, challenges, and mentorship sessions) will be clearly outlined on our platform prior to payment submission.

Users are responsible for understanding the fee requirements and deadlines associated with each activity.

Refund Policy

Event Participation

Participants may request a partial refund for event-related fees (e.g., meetups) up to 48 hours before the scheduled event date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the event.

Content Production Applications

Application fees for participating in content production (including films, web series, music videos, etc.) are non-refundable.

This policy reflects the resources involved in reviewing and processing applications.

Filmmaking Challenges and Mentorship Sessions

Specific refund policies for filmmaking challenges and mentorship sessions will be provided at the time of registration for each event.

Generally, these fees are non-refundable due to the preparatory costs involved.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

Participants will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Movifi reserves the right to grant exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis, particularly in extenuating circumstances.
